The Federal Reserve Act of 1913 was an important step toward complete control of our money by a for-profit bank. It shouldn’t be hard for you to come to terms our government made a mistake, for whatever reason. It took the Federal Reserve approximately 60 years to abolish the tie between precious metals and our paper money totally, giving complete freedom to print and loan at will.
